RCI ploppable?

Hey, long time lurker but first time poster here. This may be a silly question but try as I might I just can't find the answer. I've downloaded one of simgoober's large 18x7 shopping malls, but no matter what I try it just won't grow on its own. I know it has a ploppable version as well, the question is.. how do I place it? I tried typing the buildingplop cheat but nothing seemed to happen, unless I did it wrong.  Please help!

You need a commercial zone that's big enough to fit the building.

Well I did build a zone exactly 18x7, holding ctrl to make it just one large zone.. I tried all density types. Maybe I just don't have enough population yet, but still, I'm curious to know because I haven't found it any one of the menus.. I know there's many other ploppable buildings that I have as well that I'd like to know how to place manually if needed. I must be missing something obvious.

Re-reading the details I realize you can't actually place that one.. I'll try to grow it again I suppose, might try it as 18x6 zone instead.
