Help with dependencies with these BATs

Hey, I just need help finding these dependency packs for these BATs:

--The KOIN Center by jtportland: It doesn't show up as a ploppable in the landmark menu.

--The PDA Wells Fargo Center by pda: It just shows as a big brown box and I don't know the dependancies for it.

Thanks for your help! I really want to try to re-create Portland, Oregon since I live in Oregon but I can't since these two buildings are part of the prominant skyline.
