Really good start to a CJ. You've got some good custom towers, and they're placed relatively nicely as well.

You seem to have the heart off downtown down [no pun intended]. The middle strip, where the real skyline is, looks nice, although personally I think you should replace some of the greenery with some midrises or lowrises [keep in mind, a downtown is not just skyscrapers, even manhattan has 5 story buildings]. Other than that, I would try and integrate custom content to the surrounding area as well as you have in downtown. My final tip would be try not to repeat buildings so much, aside from residential buildings, you'll rarely see the same building twice in a city, especially if it is big.
