RCI Growing Problem

 I Have A New BAT Called "Earth Kingdom House"and i test it but it does't grow 

Who Can Somebody Help MEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The way the game chooses whether to grow things or not is odd. You will either have to wait until it does, or download a maxis building blocker (Try searching the stex, I believe DuskTrooper has a very good one) Which will stop maxis building from growing. Once you have tested it, simply take it out of your plugin folder
