OK i'm not very sure of this is the right place to post but erm... evrytime when i create a region whit landscape designer it has random sized citie's. i've been playing around whit if for some time now but i just can't figure out on how to make evry city the bigest size. it would be very apreciated if ii got some help on this. :/

you need to go into the folder where you saved the region and look for a file named the config.bmp ....open this in paint and paint it all blue and save it and you shall have the maximum city size for all tiles

    OK thanks. erm.. i forgot to add something. is there any way to make your region over 1025 because i can't do it :/ it's probably something silly. thanks in advance.

    Hey Phoonix,

    Well to answer your question, it depends on what you used to make your region map...Do you by any chance have a copy of the region as a greyscale .png? You can resize this in a photo editing program and render the region again. But when you do this, you must also change the size of the config.bmp to match the new size.

    You could also use sc4 terraformer to increase the size of your current region. This keeps the region looking the way it is now, but with new (blank, unless you terraform it) land to the south and east. I think you have to change the region size when you've loaded up your region in the terraformer, can't quite remember how

    if you want to use a larger png image for the region map, you also have to change the size of the config.bmp to match it.

    if you have the bitmap already, size the region pic like this:

    for every tile in your cities(large cities have 256, medium cities have 128, small ones have 64(all are square.))Just add them all up, then add one for each direction, that is what the png needs to be.

    so if you have a region of 3x3 large cities that is 768x768 tiles, adding one, that is 769x769 pixels. you would do the same for 4x4, etc... If you have 3 large cities across, and two vertically, you would need to size your png like this:

    3 large cities across= 768 pixels + 1 = 769 pixels across. 2 cities vertically = 512 pixels + 1 = 513 pixels.

    then, in that setup, your png needs to be 769x513 pixels.

    AHHH I remembered! Simply add squares (blue is large city tile, green is small and red is medium I think..) to the config file for additional tile in the region
