Question: Advanced farms

Hey everybody,

I've got one question, how do I get advanced farms like Llama farming and other biffarms? I tried everything but it doesn't help.

Hi, Sypr54,

Welcome to Simtropolis.  Llama Ag and other big farms(?) are stage two and three and will grow if conditions are right and population grows enough.  Exsisting farms don't upgrade.  Keep residential lots from upgrading so you have plenty of low wealth, uneducated sims, and keep air pollution and traffic low in the areas you want them these farms to grow.  Be careful not to let your city get too much commercial other than CS$, industry and residential because farming hits a demand cap at 30,000, but everything except farmworkers and CS$ workers count toward that number.  There is a mod that relieves the demand cap, the rural part of the Census Repository Facility, the Vault, found on SC4Devotion LEX.
