Nightlighting not showing...

    Do you notice anything wrong with those 2 pictures??

    Well if you dont the Nightlighting for my BATS grown or plopped arent showing making my downtowns have 'dead sticks' in the middle of my towns...

    to me they are eyesores but i dont know what i should do to fix it... i have the SC4RH patch but i guess that doesnt help... i just now noticed this now that i have downloaded a bunch of BATs since the last time i had a big town and i never play at night up until lately...

    can someone help me out??
