Issues with OS X 10.5.7

Eversice I updated my MBP to 10.5.7, simcity 4 crashes whenever i make intercity connections by roads and highways, etc. Does anyone else have issues since this update? and is there any patch or whatever that could solve this problem?

I'm in the process of copying my Plug-ins and Region from my PowerBook to my iMac, as I've been playing during my free time at work, and will see if I have the same issues. If you could, please post your system's model, as there is a known problem with the ATI cards on Intel Macs.

I've spent a couple of hours (actually 3) on both the PPC and UB versions of SC4 on my Intel iMac, and have noticed vast improvements to the game. The problem you appear to be experiencing may be related to permissions, or corrupted install. I would suggest removing your copy of SC4, and reloading it, even just the APP may help, and repair permissions on your system, and try again. Then again, it may help to know more about the system you are using.

TEG, vast improvements with the 10.5.7 update or is the iMac new. I have not updated to 10.5.7 as of yet.

unityx: It is the same iMac I've been using since January. I've just been using the PBG4 to play at work.

asteegabo: You will get the best results when using the 9600. If you are still having problems, create a new account on the computer, and play in there with no plugins. If it is still CTDing it may be an OS X Problem. Otherwise it is likely a plugin issue.

Okay.. so I repaired permissions and reloaded the app only and removed plugins, now i can't even open the game hahaha. I will still try to play in another account. if that not works I'll just play it on parallels hahaha
