LOT Files on STEX

I just started playing SC4 again and have been downloading plugins trying to get the game ready the past few days.  I have gone through most of the BAT files and started to work on LOT files when I realized most of the LOT files don't have the building in the download, despite some of them having 30k+ downloads and all positive comments about the file.  Now I'm just wondering did something happen recently where they are taking down some of the files?

There are a lot of nice plugins I would like from the LOT files, and some of them work, but most don't.

You need to download the dependencies required for the file

I think that you need the *buildings as Props* vol1 and 2 files, which should be found in every pluginsfolder before you go on and find other dependencies that are needed for some lots. These tow can be found on the official site under tools/LotEditor.
