Eastmoore Estates

 This is Eastmoore Estates. It is the newest expansion of the city. Project leader Mayorm wanted a nice secluded place for sims to live away from the hustle in the city. Mayr May Goldstein also had a project of her own. With the new area populating at least 1,000 sims, power consumption has grown. To cope, mayor May Goldstein has set up a secondary power plant. Also, the Goldstein University has just been built.

Thank you to Mayorm for his plans.

 

Just so all of you know. I will be reformatting my computer in preparation for Sims 3. I will be doing this about the last week of May. Thanks for your cooperation.

Warrington

Warrington is a small town loacted just west of Eastmoore. Warrington is mostly known for having in it th mayors house in Paco Peak which is an hour's worth of driving. The only thing different about this town and other towns is the way the town provides power to itself. The town buys refuse from other cities/towns and turns it into power. Any excess power is sold to other towns providing additional income for the town. This is also the first town to have utilized the Rural Highway's potential.

Very nice CJ you have there, kingdiz_55! I have enjoyed looking at Warrington, it's a nice small town with a great street layout. Great use of roundabouts, both as the intersections and cul-de-sacs. I also like the fact that you're using a Street Side Mod, which makes the town looks greener, which here means better Commercial area looks OK, good choice of location - those should indeed be developed along the main road/roads. I have to say that the weakest part of the urbanised area is the industrial park - I think that you may want to download some industrial custom content. If I could suggest some particular plugins, I'd say that you should look for some of the jestarr's stuff. Guaranteed that your industrial districts will look a lot better. On the over hand I like the fact that the mayor's house is so far from the main city. It's pretty ordinary in some cities all around the world that the mayors prefer to live outside the cities they govern. Great short description added to every update is also a nice extra.

Eastmoore's Big Hit

 At excactly 10:52 in the morning, sirens sounded. The people of Eastmoore feared the worst, a tornado. And that's excactly what came. A category 4 on the Fujita Scale tornado struck the center of Eastmoore. Luckily, the sirens were sounded at least three minutes from the first building it struck. Luck for the people, the tornado was slow moving but it mean that it caused more damage in a concentrated are compared to others.  After the tornado, the center of Eastmoore, along with the entire "Service Square" was completely destroyed leaving many citizens without help. Many buildings survived but some were dubbed unsafe by the authorities which meant their demolition. In those 5 minutes that the tornado struck, nearly half the city's population have lost their homes and establishments. The government asked for the help of neighboring towns in the "rehabilitation" of the are destructed.The "rehabilitation" meant that the entire area was to be cleared and rebuilt from the ground up. Today, the city's popluation has actually increased in number ever since the "rehabilitation began. There were no casualties in this even though there were many minor and major injuries.

 Here, I present to you, the expansion of Eastmoore. If you look at the picture above, you'll see that there's something different with the airport. This is the new terminal, Terminal 2. Terminal 2 was built to cope with many small aircraft, specially the Boeing 737.

Terrasymol

 Terrasymol is just like any other town you see. A small quaint place to live in. The only difference there is in Terrasymol is that it's a fising village. Its history doesn't go long. The area was discovered by a group of explorers. What made it so different was that it had a huge population of fish. And, upon hearing the news of the discovery, small numbers of people went there for a livelyhood. Another thing about the town was its use of gethermal electricity given that it's loacted in a coastal area. Today, the EICTL does not even reach the area because of its loaction which is at least a city away.

 The Jennings race track was just recently demolished by the government. The government officials say that this was to allow for the development of the area.

Any way the race track did look out of place in the middle of down town, but it was cool, u should rebuild it on the outskirts of town somewere
