texture opacity?

is it possible to do? i only can change opacity when a color is on, when i use a texture this option disappears i want like that: http://img407.imageshack.us/my.php?image=7457n457n45457.jpg (and how do i get that toolbar(with all the objects which u can find on the right side too) under the main toolbar?)

Register again with a real username, and then write your new username and password on a peice of paper so that you don't forget it.  You must register with a real e-mail address that you check regularly.

Then, once you've re-registered, repost all of your questions in the BAT - Troubleshooting & General Discussion thread (this is where these types of questions really belong).

just answer teh question . that accounts were made for that case that i dont have to remind my pw, this account is useless and u may ban all these accounts . i only registered to get the answers
