help With NAM

I'm really new to this site, I tried to download the Nam (Januarry 2009?) When I hit the download button the Save, open message box comes up, I tried to both save and to open but it does nothing?

Why oh why is this in the SimCity Societies forum? Should be in the SC 4 General Discussion. And about the downloading, perhaps it is a firewall issue. I recommend using Firefox and 7-zip to download files, telling 7-zip to identify itself with .zip files. Then, when you download, select the 'open' option and ensure that this is done with 7-zip, then press ok (or download, forgot which one it is) and the download should start. When the download is completed 7-zip will open inside the .zip file and you'll see an installer, run it and the NAM will be installed.
