Why don't i have traffic jams???

how do I get traffic jams??

  how many cars do you need on a highwaf for a traffic jam?? who can give me an answer??

you can probably search the forums to find the answer... if its not there, then the answer is, a lot... you need thousands and thousands of sims to be using the road, and there's probably a mod out there that can allow for massive traffic bottlenecks...

another way, is to wait for the random chance that cars get stuck at one intersection, which backs up the cars for a looong time

The radical effects mod ordiances has a thing for carpool inconvience so that sims only use cars that will cause more cars to be on the road ok

While it may seem desirable to you to have traffic jams, they really aren't a good thing. If you want traffic jams you need to have a large population of sims using a not-so-hot road network. In a nutshell, you mainly need a large population converging into one area. Hope that helps!

You need a really bad road network and a high population to get a traffic jam on a highway. Alougth you can get one easiley on streets and roads and eventualey avenues. But remember traffic is actualley bad.
