Teirusu Rain Tool - Extra Terrain Tools 2

This tool was originally created by Teirusu who unfortunately is no longer active in the community.

We would like however to give the original creator due credit.

The previous link that we had to the rain tool is broken, and although it has been around for a long time it has never been on the STEX.

We are currently working to get it uploaded to the STEX but until we can here it is.
