Any job mods around?

Alright. My cities have the residential demand skyrocketing( all wealth types).The problem? - My residential areas always have a ton of buildings with the "no job" sign, and they for some reason develop too quickly (skyscrapers) and then get abandoned. I have a very very high commercial demand for several wealth levels, but the areas that I zoned for high density do not want to develop. I give them trees, water, power, plazas on every corner - the desirability is green almost everywhere. If they developed quicker, like the residential buildings, I wouldn't have the job problem. Are there any mods that increase jobs or make commertial areas develop faster? Or is it my residential demand glitching?

There is always Ralphaelninja's "Radical Ordinance" Modd. But as the name implies, this is a radical modd and will give you some rather powerfull ordinances to enhance the game.

Yes, I do have that one, and also I have the industry quadrupler and the farming jobs x50 mods. What I am looking for is a mod that will do the same thing to commercial buildings or to all of them.

There is a mod by Toroca called Commercial Services Doubler. It's from SIMphoni where you'll need to register if interested. Also, it's been a long time since I've used it, so I don't now how effective it is. Maybe it'll help...
