So, I've been downloading a lot of stuff, houses, buildings etc., and I was wandering...is it possible to hve a city, full of downloads only. I like the houses I downloaded, and I no longer want a mix of MAXIS houses and and Downloaded stuff, just Downloaded stuff.

I aks this uqestion, because I was going through the "SHOW YOUR SUBERBS" Thread, and a lot of pictures had just downloaded stuff.

You can get one of these. it blocks all maxis buildings in RCI - but you can choose which ones you block. you can find it here

There is also a SFBT Tree replacement mod - it replaces all Maxis trees with some other custom ones. You can find it here.

Yes.  If you download the mod squiddster linked to, to make Maxis buildings grow again, all you have to do is either take the file(s) out of your plugins folder or delete it/them.

By the way...the mod won't get rid of any Maxis buildings that are already in your city, it will only stop more of them from growing.
