Suburban Type Feels

IM kinda new to this site and I want to create a nice Woody, subruban feel. Where can I get mods tosimulate that feel? I guess its probably close to Ilinios CJ "Flint" that the type of city I want to emulate.

Now, if you mean in Simcity Societies, you've come to the right forum. If you mean Simcity 4, you need to move it to SC4 General Discussion. I would be able to give you lots of tips on the Simcity 4 suburbs, but I need to know which it is.
