Problem with Revenue

I am in need of help in my cities. i just joined simtropolis, and have downloaded some of the top 20 mods including:

the NAM (for windows)

the cul-de-sac mod

the realistic water mod

the industy quadrupler

the road top transit mod

the simeloin mod ( gives you 100 million $ at the begining of each new city)

i also downloaded a few other mods, but i put them in a "waiting area", so they are not in use. for some reason, all R, C, and I income is about 4 times it should be, and i dont know why. you might ask why this is a bad thing, but i liek having a bit of chalenge to my cities. i dont think i downloaded any mods that would do this,  but i could be missing soemthing. since these are the most often used mods, peopel might be experienceing this same effect,

silly me. i think i found my problem

it was the simeloinRH mod (by tropod), i believe. i just took off the plugin, and ran the game. it turns out that the income is back to normal, now. i think it is 10x the normal income, and now i am in debt of 10,000 a month on my small town

the read-me does not mention anything about changing the income durign the game. the mod is helpful, but all of the info shoudl be clearly written in the read-me.

if anyone else had this happen to them, this is proabably the cause. thanks!
