And second, where to get this type of sidewalk???

Those are Jeronij's breakwaters.  Be sure to also get the two dependencies linked at the bottom of that page or they will not work.  You can get the sidewalks from the same author here.  The sidewalks also require one of the same dependencies as the breakwaters.
