Ploppable rail yard

I am looking for a ploppable rail yard that shows train sheds, freight rail cars, and a string of passenger cars - all in a lot that can best be described as a elongated rectagle with one end a diagonal.  The lot is not transit-enabled.  I had this but cannot locate it now in my plugins - I know, too many.  The lot was placed either in the Landmarks or Parks menu and is eyecandy. Also, the lot was part of a download that did not describe this lot nor show pictures of it. This lot is not in BLaM's Modular System.

Ploppable Railyard Found -  After checking through my archived plugins zip files, I have found the railyard I was looking for (and that others have been checking on).  It is the Hiroshima Station by NOB.  The station will appear in the Rail Menu but the railyard will appear in the Parks menu.  

This plugin is not available on the STEX.  I ran the following Google search - "Hiroshima station" and 'simcity 4" - and found a direct link to the plugin.
