mass transit

on the 09 nam i picked simulator b in the traff plugin and the subways and bus stops el train ect are basicly unused they can be at the corner of a high rise w/ 3000+ sims in it and theyd rather drive even use the mass transit  tho it goes to the same place there drivin, and for comm it always says low customers. if i pick standard in the plugin then you get gridlock. whats the best plugin to pick? perf path says it will slow the game down that is already slow enough with a big city. oh plus i have the radical ord mod and i have the fastest way of comute picked which i know a car is not the fastest. it seems to me that the 3 options  fastest way, carpool only, and mass only, doesnt seem to work. thanks for the help

Are the stations connected?

Try placing a parking garage next to the entrance.

Also, try perfect path finding. It doesn't slow your game doun alot. Only a tiny bit.
