Newbie wants to build and relax

Hi fellow Simonians.

I'm totally new to SC4 Deluxe but i still have SC3K Unlimited and what i used to love to do just to relax was to just build a city from scratch useing the cheats that gave me all the buildings in the game without any money [ i think].

 

How do i do this in SC4 Deluxe?

 

Also where can i download full complete working cities?

There are also many mods that do what you are asking for check the modding section. Try the RH Rewards unlock, and the RH plop mod.

As for downloading cities, there aren't many places you can do that, since the files are simply too large.

Welcome to SC4.

       No offense but where is the challenge just sitting back and relaxing.If your city runs short of cash there are a few helpful Lots that will get you out of the hole.

 

  Earning Rewards is one of the best things about this game.It's not a Reward if ya gotta cheat to get it.

 

   Give SC4 a chance before getting cheat happy and if you get stuck there are folks here who can help plus a few good tutorials on getting started.Good Luck and Have fun.
