Belvedare booms as Stratburg expands outward.

 

 

Belvedare a small village north of Stratburg by-pass is feeling the demand for inexpensive homes. The once sleeply village is now booming with new housing and commericial development. Still urban rather than suburban, the goal of Stratburg city council is to develop Belvedare into a huge urban center with affordable homes and lots of green.  Valid for Belvedare is height restrictions (not allowing thus the construction of skyscrapers).

Belvedare located at the North of the Stratburg by-pass will eventually dominate the entire island with urbanity. At least 300,000 people will eventually call Belvedare a borough of Stratburg home.

I don't know if it's just me, but some of your pictures don't show up for me...but from the pictures that I can see, I have to applaud you. Stratburg is a great looking city. I especilly like how you have all those different districts.

The plans call for the construction of a Boulevard with trees, flowers, parks, plaza, restaurants, a long beach, a marina, seaport village, condominiums, ferry terminal to Stratburg city, parking garage, a manmade island with expensive mid-rises and hotels. Stratburg will spend 800 million sim dollars on the project that will include investemnts on infrastructure and rearranging the land for a beach. The private sector will invest nearly 1 billion sim dollars in construction of hotels, restaurants and other services.

The town of Belevedare in the borough of Belvedare is flourishing thanks to great infrastructure connection with the city of Stratburg. The tall corporate high-rise is the first for Belvedare. However don't count on more to come at least not taller than that. Belvedare has strict height restrictions imposed after the permit was granted for this tower.
