    Hi, biggie862005,

Welcome to Simtropolis.  The fact that the game now starts would indicate that the fault lies with one of the mods.  BTW, the usual location for plugins is in the My Documents/SimCity4/Plugins folder, unless otherwise specified by the designer, but that shouldn't be the cause of your problem.  And no, plugins don't work unless they are installed in one of these areas.  Something you might try would be to put each plugin in singly to see if you can recreate the problem, thus pinpointing the particular one that is faulty.  Also, have you previously downloaded anything else that might conflict with them?  The Super Demand Mod is fairly widely used, but I haven't used it myself, and I haven't heard much about the other two mods.

    Good luck with it.

thanks. No i have never downloaded any other mods until now. Ive had this game for a while and am just now starting to get into it. Everything seems to be working. I downloaded the money tree thing, and that works, so the other mods may be working too, but i dont know how to tell.

I'm glad it's working.  I think your demand will be quite high with the Super Demand, but I'm not sure how the other mods affect the game.  Did the downloads come with readme files?  If so, they will most likely outline the effects for which to look during gameplay.

    Have fun.
