Simoleon RH. It also gives you 100 million as starting money. However, it's very unrealistic as it multiplies the amount of taxes something like 10-fold, which makes almost any possible way of playing profitable. You can get the mod here.

well, stuff like higher usage limits for busses rest in the actual bus stop.  I would suggest downloading stuff from the stex that has more capacity.  Also the nam helps out in tons of ways with traffic and congestion and a whole lot more.

cousin vinny ordinance mod is a nice way to turn on or off some extra seed money. When activated it will generate 200k a month.

Nevermind about these, is there a mod for the commerical and industrial buildings to take more jobs? I see the industry 40x job mod, but what about commerical?

Is there a mod for less than 40x?
