Problem with railroads

Hey guys. I've been having problems with my railway system in one of my cities. I have two lines, one freight and one passenger. Each line has at least 4 stations, and connected to res, com and ind zones. Theres just no trains at all, just that little green tester thing. Whats wrong?

And as a side note, anyone know the name of those tall interstate lights or where i can DL them?

It's probably a pathfinding problem. You need to remember your sims are stupid. There is a pathfinding mod on this site (can't remember the name) but with the help of that you can get your sims to use the easiest method of travel. This includes your mass transit, highways and luckily your trains. And just assuming, maybe you should make sure your rails are hooked up right. Hope I helped!

Do you have the Network Addon Mod? That's supposedly the best for this sort of problem.
