The Neighborhood of the Westwood, in Marteffini, Timbuktu

This is the affluent western neighborhood in the city of Marteffini. The city was born up around railroad industry. Being the only major city in the Timbuktu to have a rail system, it became an integral piece in the transfer of goods from rail to freight truck and ship. The Westwood is home to the city's, and some of the state's, wealthiest citizens such oil barons, real estate tycoons, and a few politicians. Although techincally part of downtown, the eastern part of the neighborhood is home to the Marteffini Opera House, and the Shoppes at High Street. The building that houses the Shoppes at High Street, is notable being that it is one of the only structures that survived the Fire of 1912, and it also use to be the seat of government for the city.

I appreciate any comments, and I'll probably post some pics of other neighborhoods later on, I also apologize for lacking any of the fancy add-ons I see a lot.... don't know how to do it, lol.

Great start, and by any chance, are you using the Maxis Timbuktu region?

Yeah, I am using Maxis Timbuktu, I've got the region up to a population of like more than 4 mil, kudos for me, lol
