i think you have heard of dr.vu, i reckon he's an asian, maybe a mongel and not triad, etc.

i made up a full name: doctor sang vu, from asia, china or japan. he is evil and his

design made me think he's chinese or some stuff like that.

 

now to tell you about a GREATER EVIL, his name is james thomas gerald white mario.

brother to hook21/mario and luigi.

 

the mayor of mountain of ice, louis averre, was tricked and framed by james.

 

james became the mayor and mountain of ice became MT.ICE a city of evil.

 

home of the infamous team rocket, inc. the old mayor fought evil at night

 

with his superpowers that "we" were born with (" we" include...mario, luigi, toad, sonic and

the freedom fighters, manic and sonia, tails, james mario and other people)

 

things were not the same again. james made evil so cruel it rivals being a tyrant.

 

he told lies to become mayor and even  transformed into the mayor (using one of his shape-shifting/ magic powers) to set him up.
