Plugin pack numbers

When I start my largest city I get a box that says I am missing Plugin Pack 1388347722 and a couple of others. How do I find that plugin which I  may have deleted before? Or how do I locate buildings that need it and delete them?

I tried searching with this question and couldn't find anything.Sorry if this is a common problem or has been posted before.

My city crashes the moment I click Accept. I can't play anymore until I resolve this issue. Please help!!!

Quite common if you remove plugins you have used in that particular city before demolishing it.

The numbers are hexi decimals or something and is somewhat hard to identify.

Try reinstall the last files you removed from your plugin folder and see if that helps. If this happened lately its probably related to something removed recently. Check the "read-me" files which attach to the downloaded file to see if you miss some dependencies.

Make regular backups, especially before removing anything. Thats my best advice.

If you cant figure out what files missing the best I can come up with is to start over with a fresh new tile...

Convert the nine numbers into hex form using a scientific calculator and use the hex number in Lot Editor and it will tell you what's missing.
