Hello.  First off, amazing site!  I love it!

Now, i've downloaded so many amazing buildings and put them into a downtown area i have created.  However, everytime i do this, commercial deman plummets!  Then when i demolish them, R$$$ demand plummets!

Is there a way i can chage those growable landmarks to just plain landmarks?  

And where do i go to download new R and C buildings for the zoning?

Last, what happened to the Burj Al Arab download?  Its locked!

well, welcome to simtropolis,

well for the Commercial and Residential problems it is probably your demand for commercial. you probably plop buildings that have to many jobs, and no other commercial is needed until new residential is grown. When you have this just zone more residential. If you delete your commercial buildings then your residential demand will plummet because all those sims that worked in the buildings will lose there jobs and will be looking for new ones. It is the basic R=C. The more commercial you have, the more residential you need. The more residential you have, the more commercial/industrial u need.

i am not a lot editor person, but i do beleive u could. check out the forums and search the omnibus for lot editor/bat threads.

Residential and commercial buildings are on the stex. you can search for certain buildings or go down to categories and search by categories there. Now you could also go to the lex at sc4devotion.com They have many great buildings there too.
