I think you are doing a great job and I think you take criticism very well. Lord_B has helped you think of some creative ways to improve your current work. Thanks to him, it seems like you are getting better and better. What are you using to make the bats by the way? I am new to this.  18.gif

They look nice, although the roof could be a bit more detailed, instead of just the plain colour more of a speckled one. If you know what I mean! The wall and window textures look brilliant though.

Yeah, thats a great improvement! That makes it look much more realistic. 19.gif I think they look right now, although you could have a fiddle with the while line, because while it looks good with it there, it might look better with a grey. Just have an experiment. 2.gif

Very nice variety, but its hard to say which is best out of all the colors. I like the set of 5 houses at the bottom of the picture. They seem to look nice with all those colors. And at that angle.

Great job and happy New Years!39.gif

Its good to see you working on some more amazing models and such....

That DQ shall be a fine addition to many shopping areas.Mostly in Bostalk as I do tend to eat at DQ when ever I'm near one....I hardly eat there due to the fact the nearest one is like 10 miles away, but whenever I'm near I shall be there...

Hey Digger 313, I just wanted to start this off by saying, YOUR LOTS ARE EXCELLENT!  However, I have a slight problem w/ 2 of your lots.  They are: 2 story houses and Big log Cabin 1.  For some strange reason, they never come up in the right-sized residential zones I've zoned.  Demand is sky high for medium wealth, and desirability is high.  So are there any dependancies needed?  Or is there a different reason?42.gif

    There is no dependencies needed

The reasons why they wouldn't grow is if the demand gets to high they wouldn't grow because there isn't enough people living in the houses to make up for the demand,
What I'm saying is that if one of my houses has 5 people living and joe's had 10 people living in it, joe's house is going to grow way sooner than mine
when the demand gets really high, so In order to get them to grow your demand has to be somewhat low in the early stages of the game.
You can change that by useing Ilive to increase the number of people living in that house.

As far as growing in right-sized Res. zones, if you put 2 2x2 zones toghter any 4x2 res. house can grow in that zone, that is if I understany what your saying
