There are no trains stop at the train station of the plug-in

Hi there. I`m not sure if I understand you correcty, but you have downloaded and installed a train station, and there is no passengers using it, right?

There are two types of trainstations, passenger or freight. Some are combinations of both. PS: You should awoid placing freight stations on passenger lines, as they sometimes block passenger trains. Make seperate tracks...

Passenger:

Well, first you need a track and of course TWO or more stations, thats obvious.

Make sure both stations are connected to a road/street and that you drag the track through it after you placed it.

Make sure the stations are put in place where its needed, so that as many Sims as possible will use it. Connect with mass transit like busses, and a parking so Sims can ride their car over to the station. Then just wait and trains should arrive.

Freight:

Find an industrial area, put up some tracks and make a neighbouring connection, connect to street/road, make rail route shorter than roads, and industry will start producing freight. Ps: dont work with ploppable ind, since they want produce freight no matter..
