Does anyone know of any of these.  I beleive there is the euro one, but i think it changes the types of cars roaming around my city.  If not can someone link me to that one.  And if there is a different one that would be highly appriciated to.

Have you tried searching for one? And about the Euro-generator, the new version apparently doesn't replace the default Maxis-cars.

How do you do rail overpasses for a sunken highway. I am not sure there are any tutorials on that? please help. Thanks

Do you have the Network Addon Mod? If you don't try that, it bundled in there. It's basically the road overpass but with rail, and draws the same too.

Or, you can do something like this:(Yes, I know I have snow on top of greenery, don't worry I know that mod to fix that )

The easiest way is to use the off-slope pieces at the edge of the highway, then the rail-over-highway puzzle piece. I've done it in several of my cities.
