Sims don't like my bus system but don't tell why

I'm playing using the mod that allows you to put bus stops on roads and I have them every 6 to 10 tiles in my cities (usually closer in the heavy traffic areas.)  However, in the My Sim dialogue, the sims are often shown voicing a red bus (which I assume they're telling me that my bus system sucks.)  However, I'm not being told why and they don't give any specific pointers to my bus system.  The indicator bar for Traffic is nearly entirely green for my city.

Am I placing too many or too few bus stations, and if so, is this affecting the quality of my bus system?

Are sims using the bus system? Does everything seem fine? To be honest, you shouldn't exactly look towards MySims for information. Generally I find them to be rather inaccurate. They'll be complaining about a ton of issues, yet every other sim in the city is doing fine.
