CAM tutorial

well yesterday i got CAM (colossus building mod) and i started using it cureently i find it hard to use  plz can some1 post a tut for me so i can get to level 15 residential and 15 comercial coz it notr easy to use ty

The basis for development of RCI lots is the population density. Each higher stage must have a denser population than any lower one. Otherwise lots won’t upgrade. This applies to all RCI lots except agricultural lots, which won’t upgrade. motojack1000: you were asked politely by two of the members at SC4Devotion to post in correct English and replied in a manner that indicated you were not prepared to so do. In fact you replied more than once demonstrating your contempt for the requests. 

You then ignored a request from wouanagaine - a Gobal Moderator - before an Admin stepped in and locked the thread.

OK, guys, one of our primary rules is to keep discussions about other sites within those other sites - we do not want arguments spilling over here as much as the moderators/administrators from other sites want politics from here spilling over there.

Meanwhile, Evilheat, while your offer shows you have your heart in the right place, your assessment that re-sharing the information in another public forum would be against rules is correct.
