ATC/AVP Mod: Traffic Signal Rotation

OK, y'all - I have here another graphical enhancement mod request for the great modding people of ST!

What I would like to do is change the orientation of SC4's traffic signals from vertical to horizontal.  This will involve editing the ATC / AVP animation files that the traffic signals are stored in.

 

This mod will also involve BATing two new traffic signal poles - one for the avenue intersections, and one for the road intersections.  Here's a picture of what the avenue pole could look like, if the ATL is installed:

Of course, that left turn signal will be only 3 lamps, and not 4, because we're limited in that aspect.

 

The road pole could be this above pole without the left turn signal.

The Japanese modd didn't work?

ardecila:  It worked fine.  They've just got the signals rotated in the wrong way:

Instead of red, yellow, green, like in the US and many other places, they've got it green-yellow-red, as it is in Japan and other parts of the world. 

That, and I wasn't a big fan of the new prop they made.
