It looks like a pretty, and growing, town. A lot of foliage. Are the residents welcoming all of the changes and construction or are they protesting against the growth?

The probably like the proposal that is what I am guessing, but then again people hate staring at construction all day.

    Development Guidelines/Ordinances For The

         centenniallogo.jpg

    - Development must be named

    - Name will be used to identify subdivision

    - North/South (U to D) Street Names must be named, East/West (L to R) Can’t.

    - East/West Streets can only be named by special request.

    - Street names will be approved by DOT (Me)

    - Must include Key

    - Residential Developments

    - Can not be directly next to Industrial

    - Can not be directly next to commercial (Exception)

    - 1 Tile Barrier is required for Res/Com.

    - One tile must separate Main Road (Two Lane Road) and Housing

    - This allows for street expansion

    - This does not come in affect for side streets

    - Commercial Developments

    - Small Scale Developments do not have to be named

    - Large Scale Developments have to be named

    - *(Note Restrictions in Res/Com.)

    - Industrial Developments

    - No Industrial Developments must be named

    - *(Note Restrictions in Res/Ind.)

    - Must have some sort of “Green Area” (Trees, etc.)

    - Must Zone either High Density or Low Density (Make Note in Ind. Plan)

    - Must not be zoned next to city land unless given permission

You see this and you might have a reaction “That’s to many ordinances”. This is not a lot and all you do is if you are creating a residential development look at the Res. Guidelines, Commercial, look at Com. Guidelines. This will help keep the city clean and keep parts of the city separated that need to be.

    QUICK REPLIES-

    centenniallogo.jpg

Computergy890100- Thanks, its been going real slow and i kind of ditched SC4 for a while, but now I am back! And the DOT Position has been merged with the Mayoral position (which is me) and Patricius Maximus is the Senior Advisor of the DOT to me. Glad you were interested though!

crazyarchitect- I know! Im hoping interest rises in this again.
