so i'm planning on starting a city journal, and i wanted to show the region before i initially develop it. however, for some reason, Region Census does not work on my computer. so could someone (with RC) please take a picture of this region:

if you could, thank you SO much, and i would certainly give you credit.

you can uplaod it to your imageshack or photobucket accounts.

Hello kylelies,

Just curious - in just what way is your Region Census not working?

    Okay kylelies,

I am still confused here -

    i downloaded itquote>
"what" is it? - the region? - in this case a grayscale bitmap (haden%20bay.bmp) and a config bitmap (config.bmp)?

    when i click setupquote>
where did you find a setup to click?

    it doesn't workquote>
    again - "what" is it?

Generally speaking - a "Region Census shot" (a.k.a. photo) is a pic of the region that includes the bottom left corner - where the region name and the total population of the region is displayed.

So, to restate the issues in my own words, are you saying that you don't know how to use a grayscale bitmap to terraform a region? or that you don't know how to take snapshots (make pictures) while in Region View?

    Hoping for some clarity,

Just in case that you don't know:

With this greyscale file you have to first render and create the region in order to open the region with Region Census. How to do this is well explained ......

    here

After you created the region, then open Region Census and open the regionfile, now you can save the image wherever you want it to and voila......Your region as a picture.
