Some problems with modds/plugins

I've been in the RCT-community for almost a year, and I now I want to take a try at SimCity (I've got the Deluxe edition). I've some problems with modds I donwloaded this morning. First I donwloaded NAM, wih works properly. Then I downloaded some other modds.
- The cul de sac and some other modds don't work. First I put the .dat-files in the plugin map in my documents, then in the plugin map in the SC4 map, but both don't work.
- Is there a way to use the dirt streets and the normal grey streets at the same time? Because now I can only use the dirt streets anymore.
- Where can I download the road wich looks like the one-way road but where cars can drive in two directions? And where can I download the bus stops that don't take an extra space? And the rural highway? I know they exist but I can't find them.
- Are there any other custom objects/lots/stuff that I should download to make realistic cities like you can find on this site?

Hello Ceausescu,

Most of your questions are answered in the documentation that comes with the latest release of the NAM.

Things like the Rural Highways have been re-written as plug-ins (a.k.a. additions) to the NAM.

The most recent releases of these will be on the SC4Devotion web site

(SC4D requires seperate registration for their forums and for their exchange).
