Zombie infection for SCS

Zombies, one of the Best monsters out ther. I was wondering If anyone has made a zombie infection type of mod for SCS. It sounds like it could be possible, due to the fact that zombies appear occasionaly in the city. I have only played the original sims city game and was wondering a few things about SCS. Is there cops that have guns? Is it possible to make zombies spread infections to other non-zombie sims? 

I was looking through this forum and heard that someone was able to make a zombie mod but had to stop it because it kept on freezing. So i guess it is possible to make a zombie mod.

btw, this is my first post and i am thinking about getting the game if it is possible to have zombies that infect other sims.
