Specific time crash

I've fished through all the other forums that have a 'crash theme' and tried to find something tenable.  my issue is, I have a game that I'm in the middle of developing.  It only crashes at a specific time (12/16/2003).
I would stand to believe its not a faulty plugin because the game would have crashed immediately upon loading, (or so I think)
I have set the priority to HIGH and even REAL TIME, I even when as far as to set the game priority to LOW, with no effect.
My next best guess it that there could possibly be a corrupt file or plugin that only effects game play after a specific building is rendered.  Though I'm not to solid on that theory.  I'm going to go through some of my other cities and see if the same issue exist.  I would appreciate some feedback.

Presuming, for the moment, that you are speaking of SimCity 4 -

It might help to know if the 12/16/2003 you mention is an in-game time? or your computer's clock time?

Some things that you might consider checking on:

1) Christmas time modds - that are triggered by in-game dates during the month of December.

2) Christmas time phenomonea that occur when your computer's clock reaches a particular time,

such as certain ticker messages that tend to appear in the wee hours of the morning;

I forget just which case causes "Good Old Saint Nick" to show up around December 24/25.

sorry, yes I'm speaking of SC4 deluxe,

I have no Chrisitmas MODS,

that time I listed is the IN game display calendar time.

ok I've tried everything,

(1) checked plug-ins

(2) reset game priority

(3) checked city file for corruption

(4) uninstalled/reinstalled game

(5) Run other cities for synonymous issues

(6) physically checked disc

  

the only other thing I could imagine is that the city is corrupt (I'm from detroit, no PUN intended) any Ideas?
