Rush Hour not Starting. Please Help

Hi,

So I installed SimCity 4: Rush Hour. I've played it for a while without problems. Now it won't start up. I put in the disk, hit Play. The Picture of the Bridge pops up. My screen goes black for a couple seconds, then it returns me to the desktop.

My Computer:

Intel Core 2 Duo 6300 (1.86GhZ)

1GB of RAM

Nvidia GeForce 6200LE (128mb I think)

Direct X 9.0

Running XP

I haven't modded the game at all.

Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am having the same problem, I think it might be that I have upgraded XP to SP3 so I might roll back and see if it fixes it
