MAC or PC

I played SIm City 4 on a PC before, and developed a amazing city but then the PC crashed and everything with it. Since then I switched to MAC, now I want to start playing SC4 and I was wondering if I should get the game for MAC or install XP on my iMac and do it that way. Are there more Lots and BAt files for PC or is it the same? Anything I am missing with the MAC version? Thanks!

There are indeed more items for PC SC4 because thats what the majority of people use. However, you would get better performance and convenience if you ran SC4 on your mac itself.

I think Im just gonna install XP on my iMac, I am not really worried about the performance since I have 2GB of ram and a 2600HD 256MB DDR3 Video card, 2.6Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, I am gonna upgrade my ram to 4GB soon to make sure everything runs good. Thanks for the Help!

actually i recommend looking for a Mac version on craigslist, search in chicago i've seen cheap ones there (10 dollars!) it's beautiful on a mac, only problem is that i want to use BAT and such but I cannot. So many Dubai buildings I wanted to make!!!
