BAT: how do you create a flag?

I would recommend search, but to be honest it's pretty useless

Create a rectangle: extrude it: apply the flag texture to it: export it.

nihonkaranws its new attica from COFR. you know what my flag looks like, its not rectangular. how do i make that? and how do i make the flag look like its waving?
