Weird lines

I've had SC4 for about 2 years and this has never happened. At first I thought that maybe a plugin corrupted the game, so I reinstalled it. Unfortunately it didn't work and the problem is still there. Here are some screenshots of my problem. And this happens during city play: ANY help at all would be appreciated. I mean ANY tid-bits of information. Even if you are not sure it will work I will try anyway. And if anyone else has had this problem and fixed it please share how, no matter how complicated it is.

It looks like video card issue, have you installed a new video card recently? Try updating your video card's drivers and see if the problem goes away. I had this problem once, I updated the drivers, and the issue was gone.

No, that's what makes it so weird, I haven't changed my graphics card or updated the drivers at all. Maybe I accidentally changed a setting...somehow. I'm going to try and see if I can restore it to default.

It was the graphics card! I just turned off alternate pixel center and it fixed the problem. Thanks for giving me the idea to check the graphics setting! PROBLEM SOLVED!
