Blocking or replacing Seasonal Trees?

i don't have the modding or other knowledge to do this, but i'm sure there must be a way to block all-known Seasonal Trees? or even better, replace them with non-seasonal versions?

even though i think they are a brilliant idea, i don't want to use them because they don't match in with all the other trees when they change. i'm not sure what it is that i installed which added them... i have avoided installing any plugin files which would include them, but after a recent batch of new plugins i added, they've started appearing along someone's modular parking set.

there are other files/Lots which already seemed to have seasonal trees, but it's those along the parking set which i want rid of the most as i use them all the time

i don't think this thread needs to be kept. i managed to find a solution by loading up all of the modular parking Lots in the LE and deleting the seasonal tree props - but also replaced a few with a different tree.

while it would be quicker to block them for everything, if i see them appearing with anything else and want rid, i'll just do the same thing again.
