Problem with modular freight yard

Hello everybody,

I'm playing SC4 and i've downloaded the set of Modular Freight Yards. You know, those railyards for industrial areas. There are some of those Modular Freight Yards who are functional as a freight station.

Here is my problem: when I construct a functional MFY, that yard is not being used, but when I construct the standard Maxis freight station next to it, that station is being used.

Does anyone know what the problem here is? I really want to use the MFY, because they look way cooler and more realistic than the standard Maxis freight station.
