Well I think marijuana should be legal. Some progress was made in California but if I'm not mistaken, some of those laws have been repealed. I can't help but think of the SNL skit with Kevin Spacey. He played an MD in CA and prescribed his patients 12 huge bong hits three times a day. Hilarious. But there aren't too many people killing eachother over herb, and typically, the only crime stoners commit is cable theft. But what happens when you get caught w/ a small amount of MJ? You get a fine and maybe a disorderly conduct charge. No biggie. So MJ should be legal... but it doesn't really have to be. Unless you are an idiot, you should be able to keep your smoking habit to yourself, not bother anyone, and avoid getting a fine. But you won't go to jail for possessing a small amount for personal use (usually), so why bother? Just mind your own business and let others mind theirs.
