Rain mod

In a SC4Devotion tutorial I found a reference to a Rain tool, but I can't seem to find it.

Could anyone tell me where I can download it?

The rain tool was made by Teirusu, who hosted it on his site, but unfortunately, his site went down in the past couple months, and he's been more or less inactive in the SC4 community for a couple of years now.

So right now, nowhere, though hopefully that will change soon.
