Is it possible for someone to make a train skin?

Hi there,

I'm tried to make a train skin of the Graz Mavag EMUs used in Wellington, New Zealand. I have read the tutorial on how to make a train skin but the programs that it tells me to use (ilive Reader, and FiSHMan) don't work on my computer. I was wondering if it was possible for another member to create the skin and share it on Simtropolis. I have suppled some images of the train below for anyone who is interested in making the skin.
